Mass Effect Andromeda Developers Assure Fans That Game Will Continue To Be Polished Until Release

Which, I mean, is exactly what anyone should have expected.

While a whole lot of great games were shown off last night for The Game Awards, a lot of them also looked very rough- Zelda, for instance, was having major frame rate issues, while Mass Effect Andromeda had some wonky animations everywhere. And specifically pertaining to the latter game, the developers have taken to Twitter to assure fans that what they saw last night was not the final build, and that the game will continue to be polished through to release, and beyond.

Which should have been expected (the game is months away from release at the moment, it can hardly be expected to have reached a final build already)- that, plus the fact that Bioware take great pride in their storytelling, and that lip synching and animation issues would definitely put a wrench in them, indicates that the final game will have none of these problems.

Mass Effect Andromeda is due out on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in Spring 2017.
