Mass Effect Andromeda Review Copies Have Now Been Sent Out To Reviewers

Soon, we shall know...

Mass Effect Andromeda reviews will not be withheld until after launch. Unlike a lot of developers, such as Bethesda and intermittently, Ubisoft, who refrain from sending out pre-release review copies in a bid to maybe control information about he game ahead of its release, it looks like EA and Bioware have already sent out review copies for the game to reviewers.

The confirmation for this comes directly to us from Bioware’s Michael Gamble who, posting on Twitter, said, “This is it. The game is in reviewers hands. In 5 years, I think we have created something magic. We humbly hope you all agree when you play.”

Whether or not the reviewers agree (I think they will), I think it’s great that a major game release’s reviews aren’t being withheld until after launch. At the very least it shows that EA and Bioware have confidence in the game. That bodes well for us. Mass Effect Andromeda will launch on March 21 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
