I assume this was supposed to be one of those “available now!” announcements meant for today’s Nintendo Direct before it was delayed. Capcom have announced that a demo for Mega Man 11, the eagerly anticipated next entry in their beloved and long running franchise, is available now on the Nintendo Switch’s eShop.
If you don’t have a Switch, you don’t need to wait too long for the demo, however- it will be available on PS4 and Xbox One tomorrow, so it’s just a matter of a few hours either way. The demo should let you try out a level, and take on one boss (Block Man), which means you should be able to get a good feel for the game for yourself, and see whether or not it lives up to your ideal of what a modern day Mega Man game should be like. The trailer for it, which you can see below, certainly looks fun.
Mega Man 11 launches on October 2 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
Jump in to the Mega Man 11 Demo, available now for Nintendo Switch in NA and EU, and coming to PS4 and XB1 starting tomorrow, Sep 7!
