Capcom may not be too hot on bringing us new Mega Man games, but they seem to have no issues with bringing us older ones so we can experience them all over again. They recently brought over some classic Mega Man adventures to both, PlayStation and Wii U, via the PSN Classics and Virtual Console services respectively, and now, continuing on with that theme, they have released the classic Mega Man 8 on PSN as well.
Mega Man 8 may not have been received as well in its heyday as its brethren, thanks to its patchy voice acting, and slower gameplay, but it still gained a cult following over the years, and it remains a fundamentally good game. The game runs on PS3 and PSP, and is also fully compatible with Vita. Fans of the Blue Bomber can’t really go wrong with this, especially since its core gameplay has aged far better than its presentation.
