A few moments ago we reported that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be releasing on 1st September 2015. However it seems that this is not the only piece of information that Konami plans to reveal this week. Konami Europe has confirmed via their official Twitter feed that they will have more information to share tomorrow at 2PM GMT.

We are not sure what that information could be but they could possibly release a new trailer or gameplay footage. If not that, they might reveal pre-order details such as bonuses or may be special, limited or collectors editions of the game. Since the game’s release date has been officially acknowledged by Konami, it seems likely that the so called “new information” will be related to pre-order details. Regardless, we will keep you updated on this front.

On a related note, we have a brand new image 1920X1080 of Snake via a Reddit user. The image shows a deceitful Snake which was probably extracted from the leaked IGN video. The Phantom Pain will show Snake (eventually Big Boss) descending into madness and this is something that is conveyed pretty well via the image above.

Metal Gear Solid 5 will release across PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
