Metal Gear Solid Delta - Snake Eater - Collector's Edition

Konami has revealed the various editions that will be available for the physical release of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Available only on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, the physical release of the game will be available in Standard and Collector’s Editions, according to the game’s Amazon listing.

While the standard edition of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will only include the game, the Collector’s Edition will come with a host of goodies, including a HALO jump patch, a FOX patch, a terrarium diorama, a metal case for the game, Snake’s ID card lanyard, and a collector’s box to keep all the things in.

Interestingly, the release date for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater hasn’t yet been officially announced, albeit a now-deleted tweet by retailer GameStop indicated that the game will be out on November 17. Konami itself is yet to make any solid announcements about Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater‘s release date.

Recently, Konami also revealed that players will have multiple control scheme options for the game, including the classic control scheme being available for players that want to revisit the upcoming title like it was back when it came out on the PS2. There will also be a modern control scheme, camera options, and a new damage system.

While Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will only be getting a physical release on consoles, the digital version will be available on PC alongside PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
