Face Paint adds another layer of customization to Snake’s cosmetic appearance in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, but it also lends itself to improving his camo index rating in tandem with camo patterns. Not all Face Paint patterns are available to use by default, so you will have some unlocking to do.
