Guy Savage was a hack and slash minigame in the original PS2 iteration of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, but was subsequently cut as an easter egg from the various platform re-releases of the title over the decades, aside from the PlayStation Vita version. It is finally back in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and looks and feels better than ever. Accessing it, however, remains as secret as it was in the original game.

This Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater guide is all about unlocking the Guy Savage minigame both as an easter egg and a permanently playable mode.

How To Unlock Guy Savage Easter Egg Minigame

In order to unlock the opportunity to play the Guy Savage minigame, save your progress immediately after Snake’s torture session ends, in Groznyj Grad Torture Room prison cell. Next, simply reload that very same save and the minigame should start right off the bat.

How To Unlock Guy Savage Delta Minigame Permanently

The only way to unlock the Guy Savage Delta minigame so you can play it at your own convenience, is by completing the story. This will make it a selectable mode right from the main menu. It should appear between Snake vs Monkey and Extras on the main menu.

That’s everything on gaining access to the Guy Savage Delta minigame in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
