Konami has released a teaser trailer for what it refers to as Metal Gear Solid Legacy Series. The teaser, featuring Snake’s voice actor David Hayter, talks about some of the critical acclaim the first three Metal Gear Solid games saw on release. Check it out below.
The description for the teaser indicates that this is going to be the start of an ongoing series, with Hayter taking players through some of the most iconic and memorable moments in the franchise. The teaser comes just weeks after the launch of Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1.
Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 features Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater as part of the bundle, along with older titles like Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, and Snake’s Revenge. The collection also features bonus content, like the Special Missions from the original Metal Gear Solid, strategy guides, screenplay books, and master books.
Konami has confirmed that Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 will be getting post-launch updates to fix some of its existing issues. For more details, check out our review.
