Last week we reported that Airam Hernandez, the developer who is working on an Unreal Engine 4 remake of Metal Gear Solid, was teasing some big information about his project. Now he has tweeted that he has been working on a “really important” update and will let players know when the time right. So what is this update?

Well, in order to know more, we have to wait. On the remake’s official Twitter feed it was revealed that the big news will be coming on 14th March. That is quite a long way to go and it makes me wonder why players need to hold out for more that a month to find out what that information is.

For those expecting that a release date will be revealed on that day, well, hold on to your horses. The developer confirmed that the release date won’t be revealed that day. It will be interesting to see what that information/update is. We will keep you updated as this pans out.
