The Outsiders’ rhythmic first person shooter Metal: Hellsinger has looked like a curious project since the moment it was first revealed, and the game once again impresses in its latest showing. A new trailer shows off its rhythm-based action and its appropriately metal soundtrack with lead singer James Dorton of Black Crown Initiate providing the powerful vocals and music in the background while the on-screen footage shows the player battling through hordes of demons in Hell.

It’s continuing to look like an interesting take on the fast-paced demonic shooting action that fans of games like DOOM will be very familiar with. simultaneously doing something fresh and familiar. Hopefully the execution will be just as interesting as the concept. Take a look at the trailer below.

Metal: Hellsinger will launch some time in 2021 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A more specific release date hasn’t yet been announced. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage.
