Metro: Exodus Will Use “Every Bit of PS4 Pro’s Power”

"We are putting special attention into the PlayStation 4 Pro."

Metro: Exodus is the eagerly anticipated third installment in 4A Games’ popular and atmospheric post apocalyptic shooter franchise. The game has so far been showcased only on Xbox One (specifically on Xbox One X)- but that doesn’t mean that the PS4 Pro will be ignored. Speaking to the Official PlayStation Magazine UK, publisher Deep Silver’s Executive Producer Jon Bloch confirmed that the developers will be ensuring the PS4 Pro’s extra power is utilized properly.

“We are putting special attention into the PlayStation 4 Pro to ensure we are using every bit of power that it provides,” he said.

Bloch also confirmed that the game’s script is far more elaborate than the script for the previous two games; in fact, apparently author Dmitry Glukhovsky has penned a script far more complex those of the previous two titles. So there’s that to look forward to as well.

Metro: Exodus is due to launch this year for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
