Rumors have been going around for a while now that Metroid Prime 4 is currently being developed by Bandai Namco. Now, a YouTuber has posted a video in which the LinkedIn profile of a Bandai Namco developer is examined and it seems that along with the development of Metroid Prime 4, Bandai Namco is also working on Ridge Racer 8 for the Nintendo Switch.

In the person’s profile, it is stated that an Unannounced IP which is a first-person shooter is currently in development exclusively for the Switch. Of course, this could be any game at all but given the rumors that have been going around, it’s certainly possible that this is indicative of Metroid Prime 4 being in development. As for Ridge Racer 8, it certainly makes sense that Nintendo would want an exclusive racing game for the Switch so we’ll hopefully get to hear more about this soon.

Take this report with a grain of salt but it certainly seems that Bandai Namco and Nintendo are working together so as to bring some great games to the Switch. What games are you excited to see on the Switch? Let us know in the comments.
