Posted By | On 17th, Nov. 2011

Metal Gear Solid: Rising is going through a tough time. No we don’t know what exactly is wrong but we hardly have any information on it. Shigenobu Matsuyama, producer of Metal Gear Solid: Rising has been replaced according to a translation by Andriasang.

This news was revealed by none other than Kenichiro Imaizumi, who is the producer for Kojima Productions. He mentioned it in Twitter of all places, who does that nowadays?!

Matsuyuma has been shifted to another division. Earlier Kojima Revealed that he will be visiting Spike’s VGA 2011 awards to relaunch Metal Gear Solid: Rising. We may be seeing a release date for the game along with some new information on it.

Changes in development staff usually results in problems or at least tells you that something’s wrong but hopefully the Rising team is going on smoothly with the development.
