Microsoft and EA cooking something big, will be revealed at Xbox 720 event

Exclusive DLC?

CVG reports that Microsoft and EA may be teaming up in some ways for the Xbox 720 reveal and they are speculating that it could be an exclusive DLC or something like that. A major game as exclusive looks unlikely because that would be really unfair and also something that they can’t justify.

Destiny is set to have exclusive content on the PS4 and it looks like Microsoft’s deal with EA may be similar.

“Due to the necessities of multiplatform development and publishing, it is likely that such a partnership will not extend beyond exclusive downloadable content, or staggered release dates,” the site wrote. “An outright exclusive EA game on the Next Xbox would be unlikely, and certainly a major coup for Microsoft if such a deal were to be secured.”

The console from Microsoft is expected to be shown in a few months on April 26.
