Fable Legends

Fable Legends, the newest entry in Microsoft’s fantasy action RPG franchise, and one which takes it into several new uncharted waters – free to play, multiplayer gaming, asymmetric multiplayer – will have ‘years of content,’ according to Microsoft.

Their segment at the PC Gaming Show was fun- while I can understand the skepticism surrounding yet another Fable game, a franchise that has historically always failed to make good on its promises, and one that has been declining in quality anyway, they did talk about a lot of things, including their reasons for opting for the free to play route with the game, as well as their plans to avoid the stigma that the free to play label still carries with it.

Fable Legends will be multiplayer, and will feature cross platform play. It will be launching for PC and Xbox One later this year. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage of the game, and stay tuned for more information coming right out of E3 as well.
