Microsoft Not Holding Anything Back This E3

Okay, Microsoft- you have our attention.

Microsoft’s been talking up its E3 showing for this year for some time now. Not so long ago, we found out that as opposed to their usual 90 minute-long conferences, their E3 2018 showing will be a whopping two hours long. That either implies that it’ll be long and boring, or that it will be stuffed full of exciting, new announcements.

According to Microsoft’s GM of Marketing, Aaron Greenberg, it’s going to be the latter. Greenberg was asked by a fan on Twitter if there was any news on the E3 front, and while in his reply he said that Microsoft was still finalizing stuff about the conference’s duration, he did mention that they’d holding nothing back this year.

That definitely sounds encouraging, though personally, I’d rather they let their announcements do that talking. Hopefully there’ll be plenty of great announcements this year, with a focus on first party stuff (because boy do they need exclusives). Microsoft’s E3 press event is scheduled for June 10, just a couple weeks from now. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for constant coverage.
