Xbox Series X

Despite all the stuff happening in the world right now, between the COVID-19 pandemic and, well, I guess just society rotting to the point of collapse, nothing has stopped the next generation console train. Today Microsoft had quite the blow out, showing a variety of different titles coming to the Xbox Series X, some of which are even next gen only to boot. The company is in a boasting mood, too, as they want to show off just how many people they’re working with.

In a Tweet from the official Xbox Twitter, they announced that over 140 studios are working on with a neat little graph that shows them all lined up. There’s all the major players you’d expect, with most of the midrange publishers and developers along with a smattering of smaller, independent studios as well. There are a few notable ones missing here, such as Rockstar Games and PlatinumGames, but this is most likely not an exhaustive list anyway.

Hundreds of games are also said to be in development, of which we saw quite a few today. We should have information about pricing and when you can start ordering the Xbox Series X relatively soon.
