Microsoft Promises Their E3 Will Be A Mix of Exclusive Titles, Third Party Publishers and Smaller Games

'You'll judge in just over a week.'

Microsoft has been promising to go all out on their E3 conference this year for a while now, especially ever since Phil Spencer took the helm of the Xbox division a few months ago. Considering the state of the Xbox One currently, and the fact that the last few E3s have hardly been kind to Microsoft and Xbox, a great E3 conference is needed to rapidly turn around the flailing perception of the Xbox One.

Yet again, Phil Spencer has taken to his Twitter to hype Microsoft’s conference, which is now less than a week away, up.

“It [the Microsoft E3 conference] is a mix of games from 3rd party pubs, smaller games and exclusive games from 1st party. But you’ll judge in just over a week,” he said.

That makes it sound like everything will be covered. It also makes it sound like there won’t be enough time left for a focus on sports, TV, movies, media, or apps. Which, considering how they have undermined Microsoft’s E3 showings in recent years, is a great thing.
