Monolith Productions has released a new trailer for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor, following up on the recently released story trailer which showcased the true identity of the Wraith residing within Talion: Celebrimbor, the elf who created the Rings of Power.

If you didn’t know, Celebrimbor is one of the most powerful elves of the Second Age and was approached by Sauron (in disguise of course) to create the Rings of Power. Unbeknownst to Sauron, Celebrimbor had created three rings for the Elves. When Sauron came hunting for the Rings, he tortured and eventually killed Celebrimbor to get them. This led to the war of the Second Age but Celebrimbor didn’t depart to the afterlife. He’s teaming up with Talion now to bring the Dark Lord down.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor will be out for PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on September 30th while the PC version is out on October 2nd for the PC. Stay tuned for more information on the game in the coming weeks.
