Middle-Earth: Shadow of War New Trailer Introduces Us To The Warmonger Tribe

The tribe of orcs bringing doom to all.

In Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, orcs are brutish, war loving creatures that revel in destruction- which is what makes them so perfect for the forces of Darkness such as Sauron and Saruman. Thankfully, this is something that the newest trailer for the upcoming Shadow of War seems to understand.

The newest trailer for the game introduced us to the Warmonger tribe, which, as the name suggests, is a tribe of war-loving orcs. Much like Tolkien’s orcs, the Warmongers, too, seem to revel in destruction (proudly boasting that they bring ‘doom’).

While the style and tone of the trailer still isn’t exactly what you would think when you think of Lord of the Rings, at least this time, the actual content of the trailer seems to be more in line with Tolkien’s works. Shadow of War is the sequel to Monolith’s 2014 Shadow of Mordor. The hugely anticipated action adventure game is due out on October 10 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
