Middle-Earth: Shadow of War Story Trailer Features The New Ring, Nazgul and Sauron

All of Middle Earth prepares for battle.

Monolith Productions’ Middle-Earth: Shadow of War may follow a different story path from the books but it’s looking damn good in the process. A new story trailer highlights the struggle of Talion to accept the New Ring, Celebrimbor’s declaration to build an army and battle Sauron and the Dark Lord responding in kind. Check it out below.

Along with looking at new allies and enemies, the trailer highlights the encounters Talion will have with Sauron. Sure, it’s not in keeping with the original story but forging a Ring and going toe-to-toe with the big bad is way too cool to resist. Plus you can dominate and craft your army to assault Orc fortresses thanks to the Nemesis System.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War was set to release on August 22nd but has been delayed to October 10th. You can play it on PC, Xbox One and PS4. What are your thoughts on the gameplay and story thus far? Let us know in the comments below.
