During the recent Xbox Partner Preview 2026 showcase, developer Iggymob unveiled its new title – MOOSA: Dirty Fate. Revealed with a trailer, the game puts players in the shoes of the eponymous MOOSA – “a person that has mastered martial arts and works in that field.” The trailer, which you can check out below, starts out by showing the grim state of the world, where regular people are falling victim to plagues and bandits.

According to the trailer’s description, the story of MOOSA: Dirty Fate is inspired by Korean history, and will revolve around the protagonist’s quest for vengeance, while also including themes of responsibility and ambition. Its main setting will be 17th-century Korea.

The title has been described as an action game, where players will face off against terrifying monsters as they slowly start uncovering grim truths behind a cursed fate. This will eventually lead the player to partake in epic fights to ensure that they can save their people.

Along with this, the combat has been described as being quite brutal, and that’s quite evident from the trailer itself. The player will have to take on many different kinds of enemies, and will have access to a wide array of weapons and special moves to overcome these challenges.

Not too many other details about MOOSA: Dirty Fate have been revealed, at least for now, aside from the fact that its world will involve a mix of history and myths, and that it will feature “atmospheric storytelling.”

MOOSA: Dirty Fate is coming to PC and Xbox Series X/S in 2027. The game will also be making its way to Xbox Game Pass.
