NetherRealm Studios brought Mortal Kombat 1 to San Diego Comic-Con with a dedicated panel last week, where the developers showcased three trailers to those in attendance. Of these, two have been released for all to see, with one confirming Li Mei, Baraka, and Tanya for the game’s roster, and another revealing Homelander, Peacemaker, and Omni-Man as post-launch DLC characters. But what about the third?

Though the third trailer that was showcased has yet to be publicly showcased, unsurprisingly, details have leaked nonetheless. As shared by a Reddit user, images from the trailer have leaked online, as well as footage of the trailer in action (though be warned that the image quality is extremely poor in both cases).

As per these leaks, Reiko will be part of the game’s roster of fighters, which would make it his first appearance as a playable character since 2006’s Mortal Kombat: Deception. Meanwhile, Motaro will also seemignly be returning, though unlike Reiko, he seems to be part of the Kameo lineup.

Hopefully NetherRealm Studios and WB Games will be officially releasing the trailer sooner rather than later, but until then, it seems we have a good idea of what that trailer will bring.

Mortal Kombat 1 launches on September 19 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
