Originally inserted into Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 by Ed Boon as a joke of sorts to drive up interest in the game from fans, Rain has largely been woefully underrepresented in the series till now. He played a big role in the story of Armageddon, but he has been left on the fringes far too often. Mortal Kombat 9 added him as DLC in 2011 though, so here’s hoping 11 follows suit as well.
