Mortal Kombat 11 Shao Kahn

The newest entry of the long running Mortal Kombat series is only a week away, and we more or less know the full roster of the base game now (if you aren’t averse to spoilers, you can see the leaked final unrevealed character here). Now, a new trailer has come out to detail the game’s pre-order bonus character, the iconic Shao Kahn.

He’s back with his glowing hammer and looks to be just as brutal as we remember, judging by his affinity for smashing heads (and ribs) here. The character is one of the series most iconic final bosses in this series, and was the cause of many thrown controllers due to his infamous broken and unfair AI. The most recent example is, of course the 2009 reboot, simply titled Mortal Kombat, that saw a new generation despair at a painfully broken last fight. Shao Kahn will even directly tell you that “you suck”, as you can see in the official trailer below.

Mortal Kombat 11 is out April 23rd for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Shao Kahn will be available as a pre-order bonus in all versions of the game.
