The Emperor of Outworld before Shao Kahn, the Dragon King, the big boss of Mortal Kombat Deception. Onaga was capable of taking on Quan Chi, Shang Tsung and Raiden at once (with the power of the Kamidogu but still). On top of being resistant to magic and super-strong, he could also raise the dead. Despite this overwhelming power though, he would subsequently team with Shao Kahn in Armageddon to fight Blaze before being forgotten in MK9’s new timeline.
