Mortal Kombat 1’s Seasonal Fatalities Are Being Bundled, Priced at 1,200 Dragon Krystals

The monetised Fatalities for Mortal Kombat 1 will be sold as a unified bundle starting on November 17.

Warner Bros. Games has revealed the pricing and release date for Mortal Kombat 1‘s Seasonal Fatality Bundle. According to IGN, the publisher has confirmed that the seasonal bundle is priced at 1,200 Dragon Krystals. For context, 1,250 Dragon Krystals can be purchased for $9.99. The Seasonal Fatality Bundle will be released on November 17.

It is worth noting that the Seasonal Fatality Bundle will contain all of the monetised Fatalities that are being released for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Winter. Interestingly, the new price seems to be much lower than the originally-planned pricing, since the previously-released Halloween Fatality was priced at 1,200 Dragon Krystals.

The change in pricing seems to be a response to criticisms faced by the company over the monetisation of Fatalities. Earlier this month, Warner Bros. Games had announced that those who had bought the Halloween Fatality would also be getting the Thanksgiving and Winter Fatalities at no additional cost.

Mortal Kombat 1 is out on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. The game has been quite successful, having sold nearly 3 million copies since its release in September.
