Mortal Kombat X_Kombat Pack 2

One of the major premiere announcements for The Game Awards was leaked before the show starts (via NeoGAF) with Mortal Kombat X’s upcoming new characters being revealed.

Kombat Pack 2 will include four new characters – these are Leatherface, the killer from Texas Chainsaw Massacre; the Xenomorph from Alien; drunken fist master Bo Rai Cho; and Tri-Borg, a combination of Cyrax, Sektor and Cyborg Smoke. That’s quite the eclectic band of fighters.

Though the official trailer for the same was leaked and taken down, you can still check it out here. It should be noted that Kombat Pack 2 will be releasing in Q1 2016 but no pricing was announced. The first Kombat Pack retailed for $30 so this could likely follow the same trend.

Regardless, what do you think of the new characters? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more announcements from The Game Awards in a few short hours.
