Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan, and their sometimes stormy, but very strong relationship is not something to take lightly. Their relationship is an example of almost everything you would expect to find between friends, with elements of a paternalistic father-son dynamic there as well. It is also something that Naughty Dog presents masterfully well to the player, weaving their rapport with each other into the mechanics of the games themselves.
