38. Fallout 3- Slow motion headshots

Fallout 3 was an awesome game that had some great moments and even greater gameplay features. One of the features included a V.A.T system in which the player can target specific body areas for attacks, inflicting specific injuries. You could target the head, in which the bullet would proceed in slow motion to go right through the head exploding it into chunks of meat. This excessive violence did not went well with some gamers.
