Despite control scheme changes and a host of other added features, Visual Concepts’ NBA 2K franchise still continues to impress. NBA 2K14 is now available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, with next gen releases due for the PS4 and Xbox One on their respective launch dates in November.

Greg Thomas, president of product development for 2K Sports stated that, “Our goal with NBA 2K14 was to develop our finest basketball game yet by delivering more of our signature realism, incorporating innovative new controls, and adding unique game modes. From our partnership with LeBron James to the meticulous refinements in gameplay, this year’s title cements NBA 2K’s legacy as the premier sports simulation experience.”

This year’s iteration features Dynamic Living Rosters, Signature Skills, new animations and improved balance, and the addition of Euroleague teams to the roster for the very first time. It’s received a fair bit of critical acclaim as well. Stay tuned for more information on its sales in the coming weeks.
