EA’s got two major upcoming releases this month, with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Need for Speed Heat, and it’s expecting both of them to sell impressive figures. During their recent quarterly financial call, having talked about their sales expectations for Fallen Order, EA also spoke about the open world racer, and how much they expect it to sell.
EA CEO Andrew Wilson said that the publisher is “modelling Need for Speed Heat to perform similarly” to previous Need for Speed titles, and as such, they are expecting it to sell 3 to 4 million units. Earlier during his remarks, Wilson said that Need for Speed Heat blends “street racing by day and underground racing by night, all with the deep customization”, implying that fans will be satisfied with the experience.
Need for Speed Heat is out on November 8 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and will require roughly 24 GB of storage space on consoles. You can check out the game’s recent launch trailer through here.
