Need-for-Speed-1

One of the biggest selling points and differentiating features between the Need for Speed Underground games, and the rest of the series, was the former’s emphasis on car customization- Need for Speed Underground embraced the tuner import culture, and you could start out with a crappy stock Honda Civic, and be racing in a veritable beast by the end, simply because of the modifications you made to the car over the course of the game.

With the new Need for Speed game being based on Underground the most, it also makes sense that it will include an emphasis on car customization too. And this new video for the game that has just been released shows us how car customization will work in the game. It does seem to be pretty thorough and extensive.

Need for Speed is due out on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in November. Stay tuned for more coverage.
