Need for Speed Payback (13)

Ghost Games’ Need for Speed: Payback is one of the major releases coming next month and thanks to an update on the Microsoft Store page, we know how big of a download it will be on the Xbox One. It will apparently be a 17.81 GB download, which is fairly small compared to the 30 GB that’s being recommended for the PC version.

Which is to be expected given how the space requirements on PC are usually higher (what with higher resolution textures). Still, considering how big the game has been touted to be, it’s still nice to see a smaller download size than the usual games. We’ll have to wait and see how big it will be on the PS4 and Xbox One X, especially if it supports 4K resolution on the latter.

Need for Speed: Payback will be out on November 10th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It takes place in Fortune Valley with three playable characters in a feud with a cartel known as The House. There will be plenty of heists, street racing and escapes from the police to be had as well.
