New ‘AAA’ Rambo game in production

Posted By | On 04th, Aug. 2011

Rambo fans, rejoice! A new Rambo game is in production which will be released in 2012. Being an one man army never sounded this exciting! Reef entertainment had acquired the rights to the Rambo IP, which enables them to create a few games as well. Craig Lewis, commercial director of Reef had this to day, “We have big ambitions for Reef and the Rambo IP is the first step in establishing us as a worldwide player.”

“Rambo will be a triple-A title on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC and will capture the gritty atmosphere and full-on action which made the Rambo movies so successful.”

The game is being called ‘AAA’ which means you can be sure of high production values and it will be made on a good budget, so that is certainly good news. If you have watched the Rambo films then you can be sure of action packed moments like destroying a chopper single-handedly. I know it’s been done in various games before but hey, it’s Rambo.
