New Bravely Second Trailer Introduces The Three Musketeers

Introducing Yuu, Jean, and Nikolai.

Bravely Second, the sequel to the 3DS exclusive JRPG that released in North America earlier this year, in Europe and Australia late last year, and Japan years ago, has been announced and it looks pretty damn awesome. And if you were hoping to see more of the sequel to the game that made everyone, including Square Enix, think that there might actually be a market for traditional JRPGs after all, well then you are in luck, as we have a brand new trailer that highlights the ‘three musketeers.’

This includes the protagonist Yuu, who bands together with Jean and Nikolai, and this new trailer shows the trio on their adventures, in action. Honestly, it looks pretty good so far, and if they actually get a proper budget to develop the game the full way through, instead of basically having to copy and paste the first half of the game to the second half, which was the original game’s greatest failing.

Bravely Second launches in Japan sometime this Winter; no release date for the west has yet been announced, but after how successful the first game was outside of Japan, it’s not much of a stretch to assume that it’ll be swiftly following.
