New LittleBigPlanet 3 Video Introduces Toggle

He can grow big and he can grow small.

Ever whimsical and naive and cute and innocent, the LittleBigPlanet games are a haven for our imaginations, where we can allow our creativity to run wild and unfettered. And with the newest character who will be featuring in LittleBigPlanet 3, named Toggle, who can turn big and who can turn small as the situation may demand, I have done just that- I have let my imagination run wild. Except, you know, my imagination is a dirty, vile, disgusting thing. Of course I’d find a dirty sexual innuendo analogy in what is an innocent kid’s game!

In all seriousness, changing sizes is something that has been a staple for platformers for a while now, and it allows for some pretty neat gameplay possibilities. By allowing players complete control over the process (presumably), hopefully LittleBigPlanet 3 can inject even more variety and whimsy into its gameplay.

LittleBigPlanet 3 launches later this year on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
