Need for Speed: Rivals, the newest entry in the venerable, 100 million+ selling racing franchise being helmed by Swedish outfit Ghost Games, looks like a pretty solid game from all that we have seen, and a continuation of the excellent form the series has started to exhibit of late under Criterion’s Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted games. Now, this newest video shows off one of the mainstays of the Need for Speed franchise since the Underground days- customizing your ride. The features seem to be full featured, from what we have seen, and anyone who spent hours upgrading their Dodge Neon into a sweet tarmac monster back in Need for Speed: Undrground will be pleased with what this game has to offer.

More importantly, the video also shows off more gameplay footage for the title, and it looks great.

Need for Speed: Rivals will be releasing on PCs running Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 in November. No release date has been announced for the PlayStation Vita or Wii U, in spite of the previous game’s success on both those systems, because lolVita and lolWiiU.
