New Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare Video Shows Off Xbox One Exclusive Co-Op Mode

'Garden Ops.'

EA and Popcap are bringing Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, the sequel to the acclaim mobile game that hit smart devices last year, to Microsoft’s Xbox One console, and the newest gameplay video that you see above highlights the game, laying special emphasis on the all new four player co-op mode that is exclusive to the Xbox One version of the game.

This game hit smart devices last year, but like other major highly anticipated EA launches, it was mired in controversy when it turned out that the core game design had been compromised to accommodate a slew of microtransactions (much like another highly anticipated major EA mobile game, Real Racing 3).

In any case, the Xbox One version looks great fun, as Plants vs Zombies typically is, and it should provide for some interesting new twists on the standard formula. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information.
