New Sly Cooper video shows augmented reality treasure hunting

And some Vita-PS3 connectivity

Posted By | On 08th, Nov. 2012

Sanzaru Games has released a new gameplay video for its upcoming title, Sly Coop 4: Thieves in Time, and it shows how the PS3 and PS Vita connectivity for the game benefits you. The PS Vita servers as a set of X-ray goggles, and you can use it to sync up with the PS3 and then look for treasures via augmented reality, like in AR games, in the game’s console version. It’s pretty nifty.

There’s also plenty of gameplay footage in there, so those looking forward to the game should definitely have a look at the video.

Sly Cooper was originally planned for a release this year, but was later delayed. It’s now set for an “early 2013” launch for both, the PS3 and the PS Vita.

Stay tuned for more updates and tell us what you thought of the video in the comments section below.
