New Stage Revealed for Street Fighter V

Also, a new announcement for the game at the Brazil Game Show teased.

Street Fighter 5

We’re getting a whole lot of new news for Street Fighter V these days, which is a good thing in my books- Capcom games that disappear after being announced make me nervous (remember Deep Down, or Mega Man Legends 3?). Anyway, after yesterday’s blowout on the game’s upcoming beta test, today we got to see a brand new stage that was unveiled for the game- it’s called Brazil.

It features a stylistic rendition of Brazil (big surprise?), and I think it looks pretty good. Apart from that, it’s a standard Street Fighter stage- there’s not much here to talk about (it’s not like this is Smash Bros., where a stage can single handedly change the strategies for play you should pursue).

Anyway, in addition to this, Street Fighter V director Yoshinori Ono also confirmed that the game will have some sort of presence at the Brazil Game Show. We’ll keep you posted.
