With Microsoft being a lot more lax about the restrictions on Achievements with the Xbox One than they were with Xbox 360 games, some developers have been running wild- we already saw it with The Master Chief Collection, which pushed the limits to how many Achievements (and how much Gamerscore points) one game can offer; now, Insomniac are trying to one up 343 with their newest Sunset Overdrive Achievement, which gives out a staggering 175G worth of points.
Yes, 175G. No matter what your Gamerscore is, that’s not a small number, nothing to bat out your eyes at.
The 175 point “D’awwwwww” Achievement apparently pays homage to the “love and bond between Sunset Overdrive Game Director Drew Murray and his daughter Ainsley,” and can be unlocked by finding 12 drawings created by her, and interact with each one by pressing “Y” at the prompt. The best part is that the Achievement is retroactive, so if you have already done this, you’ll still get the 175G.
So, I mean… that’s one way of showing your love for your child.
