Ni no Kuni 2 Behind The Scenes Video Takes Us Into The Soundtrack

Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom is about a month out from release, and the Official PlayStation Youtube Channel is continuing to offer  waiting fans a behind the scenes look at how the game is coming together. The latest episode, seen below, discusses the music in detail.

Composer Joe Hisaishi, who does work with Studio Ghibli, recounts in the short video some of the methods he used to capture the many moods the game, his respect for the team at Level-5, and his work with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra that brought the soundtrack to life.

I’ll refrain from spoiling the entire video for you, since you can watch the short 3 minutes just below. Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom launched for PlayStation 4 on March 23, 2018.
