One thing about the modern area of gaming is that updates are pretty frequent. Whether it be systems, games or controllers, there is always room to tweak things. Now we’ve got the latest update firmware for Nintendo’s popular console, the Switch, though it’s not too heavy this go around.
The latest firmware update is live now, and you can see the details through the official website here. This is one of those updates that’s focused solely on the stability on the system with the only changelog notes being “general system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience.” Interestingly, there is also an update for the Pro controller as well, but there is no mention of it here nor any separate changelog list available. There are no known major issues with the controller at this time, so it could also be a similar stability update.
The update, 10.1.0, is live now across all Switch models and all you need to do is download it to your system.
