The Switch is already Nintendo firing on all cylinders, like they once did at their peak- and it seems like third party accessory and controller manufacturer 8bitDo wants to make that Nintendo action even more authentic. It has announced a line of controllers and accessories for the Switch that are all NES and SNES themed.

The SFC30 Pro and SNES30 Pro controllers, for instance, will be SNES themed Switch controllers, with added buttons and analog sticks, rumble, and motion controls. There is an NES30 Pro controller, based off of the NES control pad, as well.

Additionally, there will be fight sticks, and more, controllers and accessories coming for the Switch. As a matter of fact, all of this has been available in North America for quite some time now- but now, 8bitDo will also start selling and distributing its products in the rest of the world. Personally, I’d get that SNES pad- in my opinion, it’s still one of the best controllers ever made.
