After the massive download on day 1, which adds Nintendo Network to the system, many people are reporting that the system is sluggish and navigating is a pain as if sometimes it is a slideshow, but a fix is in progress according to Nintendo.

The Wii U came out on November 18 in the US and has been in the news for all sort of things, mostly negative. This is the latest one, but it seems it should be fixed soon.

“We are aware that users are experiencing load times when they launch or switch between applications,” their website read. “We are exploring ways to enhance features for consumers’ overall experience.”

If your system gets crashed or freezes, Nintendo has listed a bunch of things you can do. There’s no fix for the brick people are reporting during firmware update, you have to send your system to Nintendo.

“Instances of system freezing are rare and unlikely to occur,” they say. Here’s the things you can follow in case your system has frozen.
