Nintendo Will Debut A Three Part Series Showing The Making Of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Nintendo is a famously secretive company, one that doesn’t like to show off what goes on behind the scenes that lets it deliver the games that it does. But in the wake of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild being hailed as one of the greatest games of all time, it looks like the company is now finally willing to share some secrets. Nintendo of America has announced that starting at 6am PT on March 14, they will be debuting a three part video series on the making of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

The series should show off the making process of the game, with at least some interviews with Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma, and other developers who worked on the game. Given that this was Nintendo’s most ambitious game yet – it spent six years in development with a staff of over 300 people – it should be fascinating to see how a company like Nintendo approached modern AAA game development.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available on Nintendo Switch and Wii U. Make sure to check out our review of the game.
