Tokichiro (First Fight)

Despite his innocuousness, the first fight with Tokichiro in the main mission “The Two Faces of Hospitality” can be challenging. He has a counter attack that can deal a lot of damage if you strike while his sword glows blue. He also applies a decent amount of buffs and dishes out some good combo damage. Though his Guardian Spirit is easy to avoid, Tokichiro likes to fire flames in a fan in front and ignite his blade for more damage. Near the fight’s end, he’ll pull out another sword covered in lightning but you should be able to wrap things up before it becomes a problem.
