Nioh 2 – All Bosses Ranked

Hachisuka Koroku (Solo)

Koroku is fought prior to this encounter in the “The Shiftling’s Wise Judgment” sub mission. However, “The High-spirited Demon” main mission sees you facing him solo and he’s much tougher. It starts out easy enough, even if his Burst Attack is easier to avoid than counter. He has decent range and Ki damage with the kusarigama. Nothing too crazy until the Dark Realm is summoned. Koroku will start throwing bouncing water projectiles and summon Kamaitachis that shoot whirlwinds. Hang back and stay out of reach of his kusarigama’s grab. Use ranged attacks and once the Dark Realm recedes, get in close for some combos.
